How much does it cost?
I am offering the Motherhood Portrait Experience for just $490. The total value is over $800.
WHAT DOES THE $490 INCLUDE?
A personal style and concept consultation - This is where we talk about the look and theme of your photos! We’ll go over any poses you love, wardrobe, and the mood you want your photos to give off. We make sure that you leave your style and concept consultation feeling 100% confident that we are going to create your dream images!
Professional hair and makeup - Feel pampered while having your hair and makeup taken care of for you and look stunning in your photos! Our professional hair and makeup artists will be sure to bring your vision to life.
Wardrobe - Our client closet of FULL of beautiful couture gowns in a wide variety of styles and sizes. We also have a boudoir collection that is like no other! During your session, you may choose up to 5 outfits to feel glamorous and gorgeous. Don’t, forget about the sparkle! We have a large collection of flower crowns, crystal crowns, body jewelry, necklaces, earrings, and more.
Guided portrait session - Feel like a superstar in a magazine-style photo shoot as award-winning photographer Sarah Artico leads you through various poses and helps you with facial expressions. Don’t be worried that you "can't pose" or are "not photogenic" because Sarah has tips and tricks that make the session fun and effortless. We have an amazing time, no awkward moments here! Candid shots are also part of the experience for those who do not like to be posed.
$250 image credit - This can be put towards an a la carte image or one of our luxury collections.
Image reveal appointment - This is where you’ll see all of the amazing photos we shot. You’ll get to choose your favorites and decide what products you’d like to purchase to best display your images. You will not be disappointed! Our client’s biggest struggle through this whole experience is narrowing down their final images because they love them all!
Please Note: Raw images are not available for purchase. They are not a reflection of the work produced by Sarah Artico Photography therefore only purchased retouched images will be provided to clients.
SHOWCASE THE EXPERIENCE
When the Celebrating MOMents in Time campaign is completed you’ll have an invitation to our celebration gala in November 2023.
At the gala, we’ll celebrate everyone photographed during this project as well as our partnership with a local charity TBD.
The Motherhood Project was designed to CELEBRATE mothers of all ages, races and ethnicities, giving mom a day for her to be pampered, feel beautiful and honour her ability to provide unconditional love to her child(ren). We want to empower mothers and show the world the unbreakable bond between a mother and her child(ren) with our legacy portraits and personalized messages.

Have you ever gone through your family photo albums looking for a picture of you and your mother?
Now is the time to give your children those special memories that will be with them for many years to come. Celebrating MOMents in Time is a portrait experience that will include 50 amazing Mothers of all ages, ranging from expecting mothers to great grandmothers. This project will empower mothers and make them feel beautiful while creating a legacy for their children.
Sarah Artico is passionate about highlighting the bonds of motherhood and pampering the women who do it all without complaint. Mothers deserve luxury.
The Experience
This experience will provide mom with a full makeover transformation and get her on the other side of the lens with her most precious gift in life, her child(ren). This project will also give mothers the ability to share her special thoughts with her child(ren) in a hand written letter and/or video message to her children. We have a variety of ways the message will be provided to your children and this will be discussed during our consultation and reveal appointments. The message to your child(ren) along with legacy portraits will be placed in a keepsake of your choice for your child(ren) to enjoy for generations to come.

Mark Your Calendar...
Once your ticket is booked, we'll schedule your styling and concept consultation appointment. This is where we will select your wardrobe, choose your gowns (if desired), choose your children’s wardrobe to compliment your gown choices, discuss concept, style and color choices for your final dream images. No need to stress if you don’t know yet! That’s what I’m here for. If you are unsure of your vision just leave it to me and I will design your session to produce the most amazing images of your and your child(ren)!
Time to enjoy your LUXURY portrait experience!
Arrive with clean dry hair and let our dream team do the rest!
You will enjoy a full hair and makeup makeover by our professional hair and makeup artist. We will dress you and your child(ren) in your chosen couture gowns or you can wear clothes from your own closet as discussed in your styling consultation.
One of our amazing studio assistants will be there to play with your child(ren) and keep them entertained while mom gets pampered for the morning! There is space for additional family or friends to come along to help with the kids if they are shy with new faces but rest assured all of our staff are mothers themselves and are amazing with little ones!
Once everyone is hair and makeup ready and in wardrobe we will enjoy an afternoon full of smiles and laughs. We always have the best time in our portrait sessions! Get ready to have the time of your life while creating amazing memories that you will cherish forever!
Celebrating MOMents in Time closing event!
We will be holding an event to celebrate all Mamas who have participated in our campaign. This even will be fun for everyone, mothers and children! There will be speakers that will talk about various motherhood related topics , appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages and our special guest, Santa Clause! All participants will receive one complimentary photo with Santa 😊 There will be more information on the final event as details are finalized. What is for sure is that this event will be nothing short of amazing for bother mother and child(ren)!
